COUNSELLING

Counselling can help individuals, couples and families to resolve issues and find their own solutions.
Counselling is a partnership in which the counsellor and the client(s) work together to find the best ways to deal with issues. Initial visits are usually about 1 hour and during this time you will be asked to give  general demographic information, medical history, information about family or origin, and your present family and relationship issues.

Counselling services are collaborative, meaning working together to find the best ways to solve problems.  In this way, you are assisted to take responsibility for finding solutions to your problems which best suit your situation.
