Our counsellors are professionally trained and supervised to maintain a consistently high standard of service. All staff members have taken an Oath of Confidentiality.
We seek to provide clients with a friendly, personalised, professional and ethically based family/relationship counselling and educational service.
We know how important privacy and confidentiality are in all communities, especially small rural towns and districts.
The Centre is based in Roma, but also services St George, Charleville, Cunnamulla and other country areas.
Making Appointments
Just phone our office for an appointment - no referral is necessary. All counselling appointments are one (1) hour in duration.
Confirmation of appointments is also necessary (minimum 24 hours prior). Please ring as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
Please note that South West Family Centre is unable to provide child minding.
Payment Details
Fees for service are based on income and can be negotiated. The inability to pay will not exclude any person from accessing the service.
Any persons currently on a pension of any kind are not required to make payments.
South West Family Centre services are available to everyone in the community.
